When you place an order or access our online booking services (including via our mobile app), these terms apply. They’re important for both of us as they set out what we expect from each other, and they also give you helpful info.
To order online you are required to:

  • be over 18 years of age;
  • provide us with your name, contact information and payment details when creating an order;
  • provide us with a delivery address; or
  • provide a valid payment method that works on our website.
All orders are subject to acceptance in accordance with the following:

  • Your confirmation.
  • Details of your order, including your address and payment details, prior to completing your order.
  • When you place an order, we will send you an acknowledgement email to inform you we have received it.
  • We will send you a confirmation email to confirm that your order has been dispatched for delivery, this means acceptance of your order.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, your order will be delivered within 30 days of confirmation, in the unlikely event we are unable to deliver your order within this period, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
  • When you press the pay button, you are given us permission to process your order.
We accept all credit and debit cards; all payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer. If the issuer of your payment does not authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay on your delivery.
The products should match the description on the Website and be suitable for its ordinary intended purpose.

We do not guarantee that the product images on the Website are an accurate exact representation; sometimes colours may differ from the images shown on the Website due to your device resolution or settings. In case of doubt please contact us.

All products are subject to availability, if any product is out of stock, we will contact you so that you can modify or cancel your order.
Deliveries will be conducted by third-party couriers. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions of delivery.

The estimated delivery date of the products will be stated in your order confirmation email. If you do not receive an estimated delivery date from us, we will deliver the order within 30 days after the order confirmation email.
We will provide full refund (excluding delivery costs) on any products returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date. Products can be returned for a refund or exchange if they are returned unused and in their original condition.

If you are in the EU you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or equivalent consumer legislation in the EU. You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.

You will receive a full refund, including the original delivery costs when we receive the products. You are responsible to arrange and cover the cost of returning the products.

To cancel and return part of the order or the whole order, please contact our Marketing Team informing us of your intention to cancel providing details of the order number and the products that your intent to cancel.
We will use your personal information for the purpose of processing your order and for no other purpose, your details will be kept safe and will not be transferred to any third party. We may use your details for the purpose of contacting you in relation to your order and to inform you on any promotions relevant to you.

The payment process and all sensitive financial data are protected.
