We are strong believers that sculpting your brows can do more for a youthful complexion than any anti-wrinkle cream! Having perfectly shaped, tinted, groomed brows is the best anti-ageing tip we can give you. 

As we age, our hair has a tendency to become thinner and therefore our brows have less of an impact. Whether you have over-tweezered them or want fuller brows back or you’ve let them grow out a little more than you would like and lost the shape – there are solutions. 

Sculpting your brows – our top tips…

The first solution is to put down the tweezers. It can take up to a year for eyebrows to grow back entirely and that is a long time to wait! But if you leave them, the little hairs will eventually form a full brow. If a stray hair is growing at an odd angle then trim it instead.

One thing we don’t recommend though is a unibrow, so if you are prone to sprouting a few hairs between your brows then you can reach for the tweezers. We recommend if you are going to do this you should place your index finger between your brows and draw a line on either side of it with an eyeliner pencil. Remove your finger and only tweeze hairs in-between those two lines. This will stop the urge to keep plucking!

The second tip we have for sculpting your brows is to fill in your eyebrow gaps with either a brow pencil or powder. You should paint on the brow shape you desire, covering up all the patchy, new growth inside the lines. When it comes to the colour of the powder, you should go one or two shades lighter than your hair if you are brunette or taupe if you are blonde. 

Thirdly, you should care for your brows like you do your skin. Applying brow conditioner or vitamin-rich serum can help the growth process. Hair growth will be stimulated and sometimes colour can be intensified.
